On November 26, TaxFree4U visited FinBranch – 2016, an annual forum on the future of bank branches. More than 150 bankers took part in it. Together they decided what to do with the offices, discussed successful cases of networking management and customer loyalty.
How banks developing?
10+ case were presented on efficiency improving, including the experience of Sberbank, which received outstanding results by introducing an intelligent retail network management system.
The transformation of the banking network in the reality, the cases of market leaders, how to make the branches more smart and efficient, as well as services that help to satisfy customers on the basis of the repeat sales were also discussed.
Everyone was waiting for the top-mangers of leading banks speeches on the transformation of the network.
The main program of the forum was intended for top-managers and managers responsible for the development of retail, office network, sales. There also will be separate training master classes for those who directly manage sales and customer service (heads of departments, heads of groups and sales departments, customer service departments).
Forum FinBranch will be held for the 5th time. Participants are traditionally waiting for an inspiring atmosphere, ideas exchange and networking with the participation of colleagues and top managers from other banks.
